In certain CPU intensive games, it will run VERY warm to hot, so make sure you get a good cooler for it! You can run it with an undervolt so it can run cooler - check YT for the deets on that. ;-)

Pairs really well with the 5070 ti. Runs in the mid 40s idle and under 100 watts underload. I also price matched with Mircocenter.

Only Con: Very picky with memory, buy your motherboard based on whatever memory is on the verified list that you can afford/obtain.

Was undecided between this and the 9950X3D but the cost of the 9950 and the fact that the 9800X3D performed better for gaming helped me choose. Its been fantastic

I have it set up on Auto OC and even then it is not overheating with my Hyper 212 Evo. Performance is as expected in games. No crashes have been experienced either.
