    Not the biggest upgrade from my Ryzen 9 7900X from 2 years ago, but I'm glad I did. Cooler temps and squeezing every bit of FPS I can out of the games I play. Yet again another great CPU from AMD. Easy to upgrade my motherboards BIOS and was up and running in 15 minutes.

    Item I received works great in a MSI MAG Tomahawk X870E board; pretty much the best you can get right now. A good air cooler, such as from Thermalright or Noctua, works plenty well for this chip.

    This cpu is a beast for gaming. I use it with Arch Linux and had no issues booting up. Solid upgrade from my old 9700k intel cpu. If available, I highly recommend.

    Good upgrade over the 5800X3D for gaming. Increased in frames per second at 1440 resolution. Still a bit of fluctuating on the fps during gaming on my 240mhz monitor. Upgrading my rtx4080 to an rtx 5090 for maximum fps on ultra graphics settings is the next goal.
