Nice upgrade from first gen Ryzen

Probably my last AM4 purchase since 7950x versus 13900k came out. No problems updated bios in msi ITX motherboard and popped it in.

First Chip Failed

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My First one, bought inside a CyberpowerPC Failed after 8 Months, so this is a replacement CPU. The CPU handles Everything I throw at it from Davinci Resolve to High Frame Rate Games; As long as it lasts and your computer doesn't shut down repeatedly. CyberpowerPC bought 30 Dec 2021, Died 30 Aug 2022, They wanted the Desktop sent it and 10 Weeks to Replace. I spent the money and bought this replacement my self instead. Otherwise it is a top of the line CPU that I have used well. Make sure you have a good cooling system to keep this running smooth.

Other then that no issuses with streaming or playing games

Great boost over ryzen 5 3600

Was considering making the jump to the new ryzen series but didn’t want to have to go through the motherboard and ram purchases as well. This has given me a great performance boost over my old processor and was a simple swap.

Took 3 months to get this. Don't give up and let the botters/scalpers win. Keep trying! I have this paired with the Asus Dark Hero x570. Temperatures are higher than expected.
