Solid choice, but 5800x3d is better for gaming

You can build a new pc minus gpu (obviously) for under 1k!! With tbe crazy prices this cpu is definitely a great bang for the buck.

This thing screams. And has come a long way in a short time with the new Ryzen line. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking into a new build.

Just about perfect!

I don't do any production work but this CPU is fantastic for gaming and with 12 cores and 24 threads you know your ready for heavily multi-threaded games. I've got this bad boy scoring over 9000 in Cinebench R23 while being cooled with an EK 360mm AIO.

It's a beast of a CPU. My only regret is that it does not come with a Cooler. I bought this month's back and it's still running strong.

The only downside is you might not need a processor that's quite this good.
