I run eSports games at high refresh rates at 1080p and this gets me insanely high refresh rates and play VR racing sims at maxed resolution on my Quest 2 and this gives me no problems. My wife loves playing HL Alyx I currently have it paired with a 4070ti and it's a great combo.

I bought one. It had issues with Crash to Desktop during AAA gaming and high temps. The high temps I solved with installing Ryzen Master, MOBO tuning software, and/or latest AMD chipset from AMD website. The major pain was the Crash to Desktop. I almost returned it b/c of this issue. Spent hours trying to figure out and then all my searches paid off. My Ram XMP input 1.35V, but I needed to bump it up to 1.4V. No more issues. No underclocking or overclocking of CPU was necessary. Just that simple fix. If you suffer similar initials, consider the Ram for crashes and install necessary software for heat. I use the MOBO tuning Standard Profile. Once again, thanks to the early adopters. You solved my crash to desktop issues.

Absolute beast of a cpu

Personally I stick with noctua du-15s. I threw on a spare fan and have the h510 case. Fits but just BARELY. keeps temps mid 60’s Celsius under load on high/epic games with a 3060 ti.
