    It was on sale at the time and has GEN 4 pci-e. With its performance, I won’t have to upgrade for a few years at least  without having any bottlenecks.

    No over heating issues even with a cooler master $40 cpu fan. Over clock easily thru bios. Great performance for great value.

    Nice boost from the 3800x. Combined it with the rx 6900xt and my frame rate has improved greatly

    The stock is OK but if you overclock it gets pretty warm. I don't like when it runs 80 to 90 Celsius.
