    AHS Hotel seemed long on gore and short on a substantive storyline. The characters came off as rather cartoonish and Jessica Lange was sorely missed. I've enjoyed each of the previous seasons, but Hotel came up short.

    Season 5 is an okay season. Not the best, has more downs than ups but is worth a watch and has some good moments.

    So I really enjoyed season 1-3 but after that the seasons have gotten too weird. This one is way too graphic and gory. I couldn't get past the first episode.
