As a soldier I can relate to the hardships of Chris and his wife... One of the best movies to come out in a long time! Very realistic military scenes and they definitely did their homework on all the procedures and how things were done correctly... Highly recommend seeing this

Giftee was definitely happy. One thing to note is there's two different versions of the BluRay edition. The Best Buy version will include an additional documentary if you're into that kind of thing. Otherwise, identical in packaging (skus different) and prices are the same.

This was a awesome movie! Bradley Cooper did an amazing job in this movie. Loads of action & I personally think that the sacrifice these men had to give trying to keep all of us safe should be commended with highest honors! I am EXTREMELY proud to have them on my side!

My friend was a sniper in Vietnam. Different kind of war but still war. This movie is excellent showing the hardship that, in the long run, shows that even a sniper has to do his job and will meet the people he kills on the other side, if you believe in God. Buy this movie.

All I got to say really is how good this movie is from start to finish and just like summary says. Its a story about a true hero and what it is for almost all soldiers in war. Truly fascinating movie. To all soldiers thank you for protecting our country and honor to you all.

This is more than a movie! It is also a tribute to a great American Hero. Thanks to Mr. Kyle and all those like him that have fought to make America great and preserve our freedoms. It leaves you speechless. If it doesn't touch your heart, then you have a problem.

The story of Chris Kyle is inspiring and saddening. To see a glimpse of what he and other service men endured and the sad final chapters will move you. There are few movies that I'll by when newly released and this made the list. Do yourself a favor and give it a watch!

Let me start by saying it doesn't follow the book but then again it's Hollywood so I wasn't expecting it to. Having said that, this is a powerful depiction of a man who "is doing his job" which happens to be killing the enemy, an enemy that is out to kill American troops. Bradley Cooper does a great job of pulling you in and making you feel what he thinks is his duty to country. It's a great movie that supported by a great cast, I didn't give it 5 stars because it veered from the book a little too much but it's a fine movie and worth the price of admission for sure.

Bradley Cooper is excellent in this movie— he really nailed it with the southern accent. Intriguing storyline that leaves you feeling solemn respect for our troops. Five stars.

My husband and I went to the movie theater to see this movie the first week it was released. It really makes one appreciate what our soldiers fight for everyday. Pre-order is the way to go. We received our copy three days before it was available for sale on store shelves.

I purchased a copy for a military friend who wanted to see the movie but rather at home because of what he went through being there himself. He can now see it at home with his wife. My thanks goes out to all Military men and women for their serves and the freedom we have.

This has got to be my favorite movie of all time. The movie shows how hard it is to be overseas and have a family at the same time. This movie hits people who have had family members or friends deploy overseas.

This movie was a great movie to own. You have Bradley Cooper playing the great American hero Chris Kyle was as a sniper that served in the Iraqi War and went back for his brothers serving. Got the exclusive that has a wonderful feature on the PTSD from serving in the war.

best movie detailing the emotional, physical, and mental challenges our veterans and their families face before, during and after being deployed into a war zone. God bless our veterans for they truly desire our respect and gratitude for their sacrifices for our freedoms.

This is a very well done movie. The acting was amazing and battle scenes were great. Anybody who loves a good war movie will enjoy this on many levels. It also does a great job connecting you to the carracters. I have watched this movie several times and never gets old.

This was not only a war movie but a story that delved into the relationship between a husband and wife during a traumatic time. The extras include with the disc are worth the price of admission. Whatever you do, take the time to watch the extras include in the package.

I thought this was a fantastic movie, gives you a small taste of what it's like to be a sniper, very touching and said movie, but keeps you drawn in the entire time, I am blessed to have solders like this fighting for my families freedom every singe second, great movie!

This is a great movie, based on the true story of one of America's snipers who had to endure the hardships of war, and the difference between it and home. Recommended for anyone who values our men who go through hell to keep it from coming home. My Thanks, and respect.

I am a vet and this gives you a true picture of life both at home and away. I have watched 5x and enjoyed the special making of.... You get lost in film and forget this is just acting. Because it ain't this real life and real story. Thanks for making such a great movie.
