I bought this movie for myself. I read the book as well and I liked the movie better than the book, which is not usually the case for me.

I read the book first as I usually do and then watched the movie. It was well done. The acting was really good and Clint Eastwood did a great job directing.

the movie was really good, i was a little disappointed with all the hype that it got, it wasn't what i was expecting but it was really good! id recommend it.

I had heard allot about this movie so decided to buy it. It was very eye opening as to what goes on over there. It is one that I will watch several times.

I didn't know much about the American Sniper before watching this movie, and I believe that it portrayed the events in a suspenseful manner. I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed the movie. I took you beyond the battle field and right into the life of a soldier when they return home. Reality in the field and in the home.

Well acted and filmed movie. Apparently there were only 3 incidents in the movie that were "Hollywooded" but the story of stress and duress came through.

I had no idea what to expect for this film other than the Trailers Scene's which is what drew me into it. Great Action, Good Story Telling, Nice SFX....

Keep in mind, this is a bit tense? Considering that it's based on a true story. Opens your eyes to what really goes on in these guys (and gals) lives...

American Sniper tells the true story & dedication of a real life military marksman who believed in helping his military comrades to the end of his life.

Pretty good biopic. Love the performances and the acting. Not a huge fan of biopics, but this is worth it.

Great tribute to a soldier. It has some really tense moments throughtout the movie and shows what kind of tramatic experience war is. Very well acted.

Glad to find at Best Buy for such a reasonable price. Great acting to overcome a lack of baby, lol.

The film was much better than I thought. Watching the extra features and hearing how Mrs. Kyle was happy with how it turned out made it even better.

Clint Eastwood has made another great film. Packed with action, drama and even a bit of romance. A must to add to your Blu-ray or DVD collection.

It was a great movie from an entertaining perspective but also educational to what our soldiers and their families go through to help us all safe

Excellent movie. My only reservations are like all historical dramas, there are liberties taken and here they actually change the films context.

Heartbreaking story. Difficult watching since my son was in the service too. Knowing what he had to do makes it clearer why PTSD is so horrible.
