Probably my favorite film of lat year, having read the book Cooper does an amazing job of channeling and encapsulating Kyle's life, beliefs and experience. We can never have enough examples of why these men should be revered.

I remember hearing about this story in the news and thought Bradley Cooper did an amazing job depicting the life story of Chris Kyle. If you haven't seen this movie yet it's a must. Clint Eastwood truly makes excellent films.

I saw this movie in the theater and could not wait for it to come out on DVD to watch again! It really opens your eyes to what our soldiers go through in other countries! I have the deep most respect for all who have served!

I can't speak to the historical accuracy of the film, but the acting and cinematography are fantastic and it provides great context and background to a story most of us are already familiar with. We watched it more than once.

There's a reason this movie was nominated for for many academy awards!! The acting was amazing and the story was intriguing. You will not regret buying this movie. I've watched it at least four times since I've purchased it.

I saw the movie at the theaters so I knew it would be a great bluray product when I bought it. Anyway, one of my favorite movies from this past year!! It's a definite must watch. Clint Eastwood got the movie down perfectly!

Even though the story's predictable, the true-to-life interactions with the hero's family and friends come off as being real. Lot's of action but the personal stuff is what makes this a great film. Recommended.

Mr. Eastwood really knows how to put together sensitive and compelling stories that deserve to be told like American Sniper. The movie has great storyline, perfect main character casting and subdued yet effective affecting.

This is a great movie adaptation. We see the struggles and sacrifices that American heroes make when they embark on a journey to serve their country. Definitely recommend this movie to everyone who likes drama and action!

What a fantastic job they did showing the effects of PTSD to those of us who have served our country. Watching his transformation into numbness and feelings of helplessness brought back memories that I had not had in years.

This movie reminds us of the negative of war but the positives that can come from war as it gave us an American hero. It is a shame that Chris was taken from the world so early as I think he had mich more good to get done.

The movie had true grit and did a good job at not over dramatizing the battle scene. Clint Eastwood is a wonderfull director and producer with great respect for the truth. I recomend this film for any true American patriot.

This was an amazing film that covered the life of an extraordinary american. While I am also a veteran and support his life, even those against the war have to admit he was a great man that was killed trying to help others.

Love this Movie, seen it at the Theater a few Months ago and couldn't wait for it to come out on DVD, Best Movie so far this year, and Strong Contender of my choice for Movie of the Year, Buy this Movie you won't Regret it.

I loved the movie very real life in what our man and women go throw in our armed forces i praise each and everyone of them. Hats off to chris's and his family thanks for all you've done for our freedom. Forever grateful!!!

im a fan of the war related movies... This is at the top of my list. I really like how they portray the snuggles between war and home life, and give you a feel for what our vets go through on a daily basis. Must see movie.

This movie lived up to if not exceeding my expectations. I was blown away by how well they were able to shiw the turmoil and struggle that goes on inside an individual that constantly put into hard situations. Great movie.

Great movie ! Wished I would have not waited to see it. I decided to wait on dvd release so I could get the blu-ray , DVDs, digital copy. Buy this you won't be disappointed ! With best buy bonus it makes it a sweeter deal!

Well filmed and compassionately portrayed there's no hiding the true cost and hardships of military service. A true story that deserves to be told about a man who's sharpshooter skills protected the freedom of us all.

I heard this was a good movie and bought it because it came with a digital copy. i streamed it and we watched it on vacation and everyone enjoyed it. I had to watch it again at home from the Blu-ray. it was even better!
