The movie was great but the DVD does not work.

Our issue was the actual DVD disc itself. The BluRay version does not work in older BluRay players. I looked up the problem online and found MANY other people were having the same difficulties. If you do not or cannot update your BluRay player, then you will not be able to play this disc. We had to return the DVD to the store and order the movie on DEMAND via our cable provider.
