This thing charges when and how it wants too. Sometimes it will charge multiple devices at once, most of the time it won’t. Sometimes it won’t charge at all. Also, the USB-C ports are very loose. Cables come out easily. Charger itself comes out of the wall easily because of the long design.

Love the smaller size and convenience of 3 ports

We had an earlier version multi-port charger that was white and much larger in size. It did a fine job charging, but tended to slope down a bit just due to sheer size and weight. This scaled down version is a great improvement and lends itself to traveling well. Quality and reliability have been our experience with Anker products. It’s nice that this product comes with an 18-month warranty, but we’ve yet to have the need to utilize their warranty on any items we have owned. These multi-port chargers are really convenient for charging multiple devices or fast charging one device via the top port with 65W. One has to note that it will distribute power if using more than the one top port so users should plan accordingly. Given the convenience of having two USB-C ports and one USB-A in one charging device I’d say the price is warranted especially if you travel much or are just trying to cut down on the clutter of multiple device chargers. It is compatible with many types of devices from laptops to earbuds so it won’t be hard to find a use for this product in most homes or businesses.

Nice compact power plug with 3 ports that can charge my MacBook Air, iPhone 13 Pro, and AirPod Pros. Flip plug is nice to fit in backpack pocket. Small footprint in case wall outlets or strip are occupied by other things. Not much else to say, have not had any issues with it. I've used a couple dozen Anker brand products over the years and they seem to be good quality. Recommended.

Compact power with one potential issue

I really wanted to love this compact power source and it certainly has a lot of good qualities, but there was one unexpected issue I ran into that may or may not be a problem for others. The charger is very well made. It feels very solid and I love how compact it is. Nothing feels cheap. The two wall prongs fold back into the case to make for an even smaller footprint. There is a total of 65w of power available across the three ports (2 USB-C and 1 USB-A). Each of the USB-C ports is capable of the full 65w if only one is used, which is great for charging laptops. As a test, I fully discharged my laptop battery (4800mAH capacity), and the Anker charger took 1hr 45min to fully charge the battery. Note that the device needs to be able to handle the "IQ" charging standard for the fastest speed. As another test I charged my tablet battery which has a much smaller capacity but is also not IQ capable, and it took nearly 3hrs to charge. So the speed is dependent on the device, not just the charger. All in all I am really pleased with this charger and I can charge three devices overnight at once (laptop, tablet, phone). However the one issue I ran into is that because of the weight and the fact that it does stick out quite far from the outlet, I found that some of my outlets are a bit loose and the charger had a hard time staying in the outlet. If you have an older home and the outlets are a bit worn, this may not be the best choice for you.

Next to the OEM chargers Anker chargers have been my go to for a long time. I have used other brands but some did not fair too well... Had 1 melt on me and it went in the trash. Prior to this 735, I was using a few charging adapters pretty much on the daily including an Anker PowerPort III. The PPIII was primarily used to charge my laptop. But I regularly top off my cell phone and tablet or power bank at any given time. So the single port on th PPIII forced me to carry additional chargers. I recently took a family trip where I brought several electronic devices. I got my 735 before the trip and it worked out great. I was able to charge 3 devices from it simultaneously overnight. It will not charge all at full speeds but it they will all be charged up by the AM. Single devices plugged in it will charge a Samsung S22+ at Super Fast Charging speeds. This charger will not do Super Fast Charging 2.0. I have not found an aftermarket charger that will do the Samsung 2.0 charging other than the Samsung 45w charger. Not that the 2.0 charging is significantly faster so not the biggest of deals but my Note 10 Plus will charge at 2.0. I believe Samsung stymied charging on the S22s outside of the Ultra. Plug in 2 devices the charging drops to Fast Charging. 3 devices just charges. In any event, the 735 allowed me to reduce the amount of adapters I needed to pack which is a win. Having a folding plug is also a huge benefit. I wish my OEM Samsungs did that. Size wise it will not obstruct the second outlet on a standard wall outlet, but it may crowd a port on a compact power strip. While I have been trying to transition all of my electronics to USB C, having 2 USB C ports and a USB A gives me options to use older cables (the PPIII was USB C single port). Being able to charge multiple devices at the same time from 1 outlet is always a good thing. Seems like a lot to say about a charging brick, but it works well, I like it and I recommend it. Anker still going strong!

Anker has been my go to brand for chargers, charging cables, and power banks for over 10 years now. They never fail to deliver. when I saw the new 735 65W 3 post foldable charger available, I had to get it. I am using it to charge my Lenovo Yoga 2 in 1 and my Google Pixel 6 phone. the charger is very reliable and delivers the 65W needed to charge most 2in1 laptops and all phones. it has 3 charging ports: a USB A with a 22.5 Watts max delivery and 2 USB C ports with a max 65 Watts of max power delivery. when used together the 735 regulates and splits power between the ports for maximum efficiency. When using the USB C port to charge my Google Pixel 6, the phone reflects the fact that this is a high quality charger by displaying the words ( charging rapidly). meaning that this Anker 735 meets the rigorous Google quality control for efficient charging. my Lenovo Yoga is another story. I used to carry the laptop and its bulky charger with the bulky charging cable anywhere I go and all of that has been replaced by this tiny foldable charger and a high quality charging cable I purchased separately from Anker. Final thoughts: with more and more companies selling devices without chargers and charging cables, Anker has been my go to for high quality portable chargers. they never failed me and they keep improving their designs and products. Anker is the go to brand for chargers and I do recommend them for anyone who want reliability.

    A Great Fast Charger

The Anker-735 is a great choice when looking for a super fast wall charger box. It has 3 ports, 2 of them being USB-C (65w charging max) and 1 USB-A (22.5w charging max). You can charge 3 devices at once and it has PowerIQ 3.0/GaN-II technology so its able to detect the latest devices and their charging requirements so you get fast charging speeds and not overheat. I tested it by connecting my S21 Ultra to the USB-C port and my phone recognized it and notified me it would switch from regular to ultra fast charging. It looks good, is fairly small, but it has some heft to it so I’m not worried about it getting damaged or breaking anytime soon even if I drop it. The only negative things I can say about the Anker-735 is that it doesn’t come with a charging cable, which isnt crazy suprising, but it would've been nice if it did. Also, when charging multiple devices it can get a little complicated, basically depending on which amd how many ports are being used the total wattage gets divided between the ports. Overall, I love the Anker-735, I have mutliple charging blocks for my devices and this is one of my favorites, I would absolutely recommend it for anyone.

    THE PERFECT TRAVEL COMPANION

This is the charger I was looking for my traveling. It is compact, solid, it looks and feels high quality, stylish, and durable. It has a foldable plug which is a perfect detail for traveling with a very fast charging process. I can use the 3 USB ports (2 USB-C and 1 USB-A) simultaneously!. I have some other USB Power adapters with 2 and 3 USB ports, but not all the ports can be used at the same time, one of them will be disabled. On this one using one USB-C will give the full power of 65w. I have a Samsung cell phone model 32, and it was fully charged in less than half hour. If you use one of the USB-C and the USB-A port you will get 40w and 22w. Using the 3 of them you will get 40w (top USB-C), 12w (Second USB-C), and 12w (USB-A). The material feels really high quality and it comes with 18 months warranty. I have charged my Dell XPS and Samsung laptop and considering that these 2 laptops are very picky when you try to use an adapter that is not theirs, they accepted this anker charger adapter with no problem and charged super fast. I like it!

This little charger strikes a great balance between power and portability providing enough power for a small notebook or tablet along with enough ports for your tablet, phone, and earbuds. With 65 watts of max charging power, this powered my smaller Dell laptop or my 10" iPad Pro easily and it can also charge a 16" Macbook Pro, although a bit slower. The array of charging ports is on the more modern side with 2 USB-C ports and 1 USB-A and you can charge simultaneously with all 3 ports, but I found that it will prioritize the USB C ports for fast charging. The portability is what this thing is all about. I have some 90+ watt wall chargers and although the provide plenty of power, I certainly notice the weight when traveling. This little guy allows me to reduce the weight and size by about half which makes a huge difference especially on quick trips. The quality of the build is top-notch - super solid and the foldable plugs are robust and it stays put and doesn't fall out of the socket. This thing has a permanent place in my travel bag!

This is a nifty little charger that will do all the tricks you desire. The cost is reasonable and Anker has fast become a very reliable product overall and has a good following in our household. So, it has two USB-C ports and one USB-A ports. While it may be a bit confusing in the product description, it can actually charge at most 65W if only one USB-C port is used. It will charge max 65W if all three ports are used, and it is plenty. I charge my Ipad Air very very quickly using one USB-C port and can charge my phone and other tabs simultaneously, very efficiently. USB-C1 can charge 65W on its own and if both the USB-Cs are used, C1 can charge up to 45W and C2 will charge at the rate of 20 W. USB-C1 +USb-A can do do 45 W max while USB-A alone will do 20W max. The average active efficiency is 81.95% while the no-load power consumption is .23W. Overall, I would highly recommend this product. With a small footprint it can be a workhorse on the kitchen countertop. Also, the warranty is quite long (18 months).
