Unfortunately, within 2 weeks of set up, the right side of the dock malfunctioned with no success in trouble-shooting. I'm deducting additional stars because the return process was neither easy nor intuitive and Anker provided no time frame as to when the product would be returned after repair. Fortunately, they did provided a prepaid return label, but it was post marked so that you had basically print the return label and run to UPS. I'm not entirely sure if this device was worth the headache. The dock - of course - worked beautifully until this time, but buyer beware.

I have had to return it to the factory twice due to the ongoing problem of one or both controllers not charging. With this said, the company was great about replacing the dock while it is under warranty.
