Bought 2 (for 2 headsets), had both replaced and both still did these problems. And yes, I did make sure the batteries were properly placed. I could exchange them again, but I don’t see the point. I’ll try a different one next time.

Annoying to remove dongle as well when I remove it to use the oculus pcvr cable. When the dongle wasn’t broken it worked great.

Unfortunately, I did not start using until right before the return period so I couldn't return. No issues with the right controller or headset charging so far

That said, you really have to make positively sure everything is sitting just right in the cradles or you’ll think it’s charging but you go to use it and realize it wasn’t.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Check if the controllers have been placed properly on the Charging Dock, make sure the charging ports on the Battey Cover and the Charging Dock connect properly.
- Check if the battery has been installed as instructed, make sure the contacts on the battery case are touching the metal tabs on the batteries.

Works but be prepared to mess with
