    But has issues with charging one of the controllers. I assume my kid did something to it but am not sure.

    Got this because I have other products by them that have worked well. The charging cords are sub par and one of the hand controllers refused to charge. Can’t use this anymore. Wouldn’t buy again.

    I purchased an open box rated as excellent condition, which said contained all of the accessories with it. I received only the dock, which you're unable to use without the accessories. So I have no clue how well this product works and no longer trust the condition listed.

    Yes product with time and we purchase I had trouble trying to charge the handles although the oculus base eyepiece charged well

    We had just gotten it and used it for a few days.. one of the batteries for the controller always ends up flashing amber. Today I grabbed the controller and the controller was hot and the battery was too hot to even touch. Just one of them is giving this issue while the other is perfectly fine. I’ve gotten a little scared to even charge the remote with how hot it got. It shouldn’t have to be that way when you want to charge both controllers

    Expensive for something that works half the time and only if you're watching it like a hawk. Bought three of these and one of them was defective. The other two are extremely picky about placement of the controllers for charging. Definitely not worth the money spent on them. Only using it to charge the headset now and replacing the batteries every other week because its easier.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      - Check if the controllers have been placed properly on the Charging Dock, make sure the charging ports on the Battey Cover and the Charging Dock connect properly.
      - Check if the battery has been installed as instructed, make sure the contacts on the battery case are touching the metal tabs on the batteries.

    Functional, keeps things neat. Works great. The only thing I’d change is the magnetic adapter that you have to plug into the usb-c port on the goggles to charge and then remove when you are done charging and want to plug in a battery or other devices while using the headgear.
