    Functional, keeps things neat. Works great. The only thing I’d change is the magnetic adapter that you have to plug into the usb-c port on the goggles to charge and then remove when you are done charging and want to plug in a battery or other devices while using the headgear.

    Cool idea and sleek design, unfortunately the rechargeable batteries got excessively hot both when charging and when in use. Felt it was unsafe and didn’t want it to blow up while using the device. Got my money back.

    I bought this as an open box excellent condition with verified all parts supposed to be there. The magnetic usb-c was not in the box, I'm pretty sure previous purchaser kept it. I wish Best Buy would honor their advertisment and include everything. Now i have to puchase the part separately which is going to overall cost more if i would have just bought a new condition item.

    Tou have to have the headset at a specific angle so it can charge properly. Its ok but could have been designed better.

    Don’t Buy. I am having so much trouble with it.

    Don’t buy. I am constantly having to take the batteries out of the controllers and putting them back in and still sometimes they aren’t charging. I constantly find the lights blinking for the controllers and when this happens, they’re not charging. It irritates me because this thing cost me over $100. I hope the Quest 3 is a whole lot better then the Quest 2. I have also had to replace my headstrap because the cheap one they put on the Quest 2 broke, The left slider broke. Now everyone is waiting for a Quest 3. It better be Better Quality then the Quest 2. Not everyone is made of money.

    Bought two of the cheaper charging station but the rechargeable batteries did not charge…. This one is great so far and no issues other than it will Cost you over $100+ for this station

    We’ve had them for a year now. They started cracking on the part that slides on and off for the batteries. Those never get used unless it won’t charge right. After 8 months they won’t line up right. You have to mess with it over and over and over again. Everything is lined up right. We bought two. Both are doing the same thing. Now the headset part is starting to do it too. It’s crazy. If that didn’t happen it would be nice. It should be able to last more than 6 months. Now we are at a year and not sure what to do.

    Be warned...they dont sell the special rechargeable batteries separately or anywhereon google. After they start loosing charge going to have to go back to regular batteries. Just fyi

    Very disappointed so far.....lots of blinking lights & controllers getting VERY hot. Buyers remorse BIG TIME. I suggest looking for a better option.

    The handles have to sit perfectly in the charging station or else they won’t charge. You have to play with it to get it to sit just right. Even then the handle may move and won’t charge. I got fed up with it so I just use regular battles in the handles now.

    Buyer beware... Frustrating and potential hazard

    The left controller has had issues in this charger since the day we started using it. While the headset and right controller have had no issues, the left conroller charger has been a major frustration, often unable to contect to the charging sensor, just sitting and blinking. Now a month later and it has become potentially unsafe. My son told me he could smell something and we pulled the left controller off and it was HOT, hot enough that I fear it could have been a fire hazard had he not noticed that something was not right. I was excited for this but now feel it is unsafe to use.

    The anker charger is great to have if you play meta quest alot. Comes with a small dongle to magnetically charge your headset. Super convenient!

    I don’t like the way it’s made. It will not stay charging, due to the wire being disconnected everything. Also, the rechargeable batteries it comes with, get really hot, after charge.

    Waste of 100+ bucks

    I had high hopes for this deck and when I first got it it worked perfectly. Now a couple weeks later everything is charging off… headset 94 percent, one stick 64 and the other 75. And it never completely charges it just blinks orange and green. I’m only keeping it because I threw the box away and need some type of charging. Epic fail.

      - Check if the battery covers and the pins on the Dock are damaged.
      - Try another 15W or above USB-C wall charger adapter, C-C cable, and wall outlet.
      - If the controller works properly with AA batteries.

    Does NOT work with Elite Strap battery pack

    Somehow people are answering that this can be used with the Oculus Elite Strap+battery pack; but it cannot. You cant have the battery pack plugged and use the charging dock. And the way its positioned you cant even just try to let it sit awkwardly to connect. Unfortunately, I was moving and so never set up the charging dock until now, and its too late to return it.
