    Bought it in July 23 . 3 weeks in one rechargeable battery stopped charging . then 1 month 1/2 later the usb bent by unplugging . Tried to go to geek squad they wouldn't want to assist me or recommend me anything. i assumed it was less then 90 days i would get warranty but nope .

    It’s too expensive for no more than what it does and if you get the strap covers for the controllers they won’t charge on it

    I bought the open box item, and that was a poor decision. It didn't charge the controllers, only the headset.

    Can't use this easily with expanded battery

    This is a reminder why i hate these types of items.. it's good for the base product, but if you upgrade to the expanded battery pack this becomes a quick useless expensive items. This doesnt fit the headset with the expanded battery

    I bought my charger for my VR headset on July 23,2022. They broke on June 12, 2022. How convenient that they stopped worked days after the warranty return period… which was Jun 8, 2022. THATS FOUR DAYS AFTER THE RETURN PERIOD…. We pay too much money to be taken advantage of by BIG business selling us products that they know are defective! I’m off my soap box!!

    I mean in all honesty this product feels unnecessary it doesnt look as cool and yes it may charge the oculus quickly but so does the charger that comes with it if this was worth less i would say its worth it but for a 100 i would say there are better ones on amazon

      - Confirm if the magnetic USB-C connector is broken.
      - Confirm if the magnetic USB-C connector is inserted into the headset securely in place.
      - Confirm if the headset charges properly with the Oculus wall charger directly.
      - Take off the magnetic USB-C headset connector from the headset and plug it into another USB-C device, then connect the device with the Dock to see if it charges.

    Very disappointed. Bought this a month early for my daughter’s birthday. When she opened it and set it up to charge we noticed it would not charge the headset. Since it had been more then 30 days we were not able to return or exchange it so it was a huge waste of money.

    When we first got this, we had a hard time getting the connections to connect and had to wiggle it numerous times to get it to charge. Now 2 months later, one side will not charge at all. So disappointed.
