    It has never worked very well. It will only charge one item at at a time. It would either charge my phone, watch or AirPods, but would not charge them simultaneously. It is now less than a year old and will no longer charge my Apple Watch at all. If it worked it would be great as it is very portable and great to grab and take on vacation, but given the fact that it will only charge one device it is easier just to pack multiple cables. I’ve had many Anker products throughout the years, but this is by far the worst one and I would not recommend it.

    Sent me the wrong item, refused my return

    Absolutely terrible experience. They sent me the wrong item (a $20 powerbank instead of my $90 order) and then refused to fix it. I spent 3 months trapped in a return loop: the store refused the return because it didn't match the receipt, and when support told me to mail it in, the warehouse mailed it right back for the same reason. Customer service eventually just stonewalled me and refused to issue a refund. The agents clearly copy-paste scripts and even called me by the wrong name. They essentially stole my money.

    problem with EarPods charging

    It's hard to charge the EarPods- they have to sit just right for them to charge. I have a case on mine and I have to fiddle with it for a while before it sits just right and starts charging

    Very disappointed with my 1st Qi2 charger

    Expected faster and better charging compared to cheap china chargers but ended up disappointed and that's because I love and own many anker products. The magnets do not align well for a Qi2 charger resulting in no charge or slow charge. Might have to go with ESR brand depending how customer service goes.

    Good concept and idea but mine had a defective power source or cord because the blue light would only stay on for a second and the charge would stop.

    Lightweight easily tips over with a heavy phone has a lot more bend into it for going up and down. I like to heavier one from Anker than this one.     Stopped working

    The mobile charger stopped working within 6 days of use. Want to return it but cannot as the return period expired even though they said there’s extended return period. Earphone charging pad is small that it does not charge my beats earplugs

    First bought an open box one. Plugged it in. The blue charging light went on for 1 sec. Didnt charge device. Bought a brand new one and same story. Avoid this product. Its faulty and and read a other review in ankers site that a reviewers cable went out after 5 months.
