Perfect car mount solution!

I have tried just about every car clip/magnet mount available that have all failed me and nearly caused tragedy (flinging my phone under my feet in complete darkness while driving). Short of buying a new car just to accommodate a GPS system, I tried this and I love it and I saved significant amounts of money. It does not fall off and it holds my phone without dropping it. I love that it charges my phone but seems to only charge it when it feels like it. I'm still exploring that issue but overall this is exactly what I wanted and needed!

Although at first driving down the road it came off twice but, once I took it off the larger round it stuck just fine. It does bounce a lot but holds well. When it fell off the phone went with it and was still attached. It would be amazing if they made the base heavier.

Won’t stay in place

Yes, the charger works great. But the arm won’t stay in place and it wont stay sucked to the mounting pad. This product comes loose and falls off while driving. Wish i could return it, bit outside my return window.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
Step 1: Choose an area on a flat surface on the dashboard and wipe any dust from the surface.
Step 2: Choose the best view angle for positioning.
Step 3: Remove the film on both the suction cup and dashboard pad(optional).
Step 4: Press the suction cup firmly onto the dashboard or the 3M pad.
Step 5: Push the locking lever to engage suction then leave it for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Connect power & Manage the cable placement(optional).

Nice concept but definitely not for everyone.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After two weeks of use the charger unfortunately repeatedly kept falling off my dashboard, carrying with it my phone - thankfully no damage was done. When I finally gave up and decided I had to return the product, it was hard removing the mounting pad and it has left a permanent ring on my dashboard. My dashboard, like so many, is ever so slightly textured and that could have been the problem - I can imagine that if you have a perfectly smooth and flat dashboard then this product might work better for you.

But, if it gets too hot, the charge feature wont work until it cools. All I have to do is cool it with the air vent for a few minutes. But, this is in Houston in record heat.
