Love Anker, but this…..

It does stick to the dask at all, even with the additional mount provided. It falls off after about 30mins. Not worth the trouble. This one is a fail for Anker in my book.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
Step 1: Choose an area on a flat surface on the dashboard and wipe any dust from the surface.
Step 2: Choose the best view angle for positioning.
Step 3: Remove the film on both the suction cup and dashboard pad(optional).
Step 4: Press the suction cup firmly onto the dashboard or the 3M pad.
Step 5: Push the locking lever to engage suction then leave it for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Connecting power & Manage the cable placement(optional).

Sucion cup will not stay in place

After cleaning surface correctr waiting the recommended 24 hour time table it still would not hold my iphone 13 pro max without the whole unit falling off dash.

Very Disappointed

After a week, the arm that come off the dash mount, that holds the phone, would no longer “stick” to the base that is 3M glued to the dash. Vacuum holder on arm is supposed to hold them together . Device will no longer hold a vacuum.

Falls off

The bass comes off during bumpy rides on my Acura MDX and the iPhone 13 pro falls down.. not worth the risk. Anker has to come up with better design.

Mount falls off after a few months

Purchased this 4 months ago, and now it has begun to fall off the dashboard of my car. I’m using the iPhone 13 pro max without a case; that being said, it is still a pretty heavy phone. However, it looks like the design of the mount makes the weight distribution quite uneven. Consequently, it appears that the phone will pull the mount right off of its base. Don’t recommend unless you have to warily stare at your mount when driving.

Poor quality

Nothing is worse than driving and something falls at your feet…especially a gift that was intended for my husband but since I bought 2 separate brand names for Christmas presents…he chose the other one…I sure hope it works better than what I got stuck with!
