Nice concept, but fails at adhesive over time

Prep work was done prior to installation, but both have come unglued overtime. $70 product I suppose if you wanted to use it as a windshield mount holder it might be great, but as a dash mounted might want to look at something else.

- The model of phone you are trying to charge. Please note only wireless-enabled devices will work with this device.
- What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
- What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger

Not sticky enough

Step 1: Choose an area on a flat surface on the dashboard and wipe any dust from the surface.
Step 2: Choose the best view angle for positioning.
Step 3: Remove the film on both the suction cup and dashboard pad(optional).
Step 4: Press the suction cup firmly onto the dashboard or the 3M pad.
Step 5: Push the locking lever to engage suction then leave it for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Connect power & Manage the cable placement(optional).

Mount will not stick

Tried returning product to Best Buy but it was past 15 days and no longer eligible to return. Purchased on 9/18 installed and tried to return on 10/10. We did not install sooner since our phones did not arrive until 10/7/
