    I know points offered, but a true review. It bounced, vibrated a lot, and the charging was a constant on off repetition. Had to unplug not to damage my apple phone. Maybe a defective one, but not trying again

    WONT STAY MOUNTED!

    Don’t buy this. I tried to mount it 4 different ways. Used all the directions and followed the steps. It will not stay and falls within seconds. My pop socket mount will works amazing. I guess I’ll stick with that.

      Step 5: Push the locking lever to engage suction then leave it for 3 minutes.
      Step 6: Connect power & Manage the cable placement(optional).

    Junk and crappy return policy

    Horrible, stuck for 5 minutes and despite spending $10,000 at Beat Buy in last few months, I can’t return this piece of junk (too short of return period). I was out of town until final return day. They no longer take care of Elite members.

    Good idea but doesn't hold up

    Broke after 3 months of use. The rubber suction ripped apart on the inside where it mounts.

    Doesn’t hold position, not worth it. Nothing but a headache for a 600 mile drive. Also, Best Buy changed their return policy to <1 month so I can’t even return this piece of junk.

    Piece of GARBAGE. Suction cup failed after a month, can’t handle 60°+ temperatures. Soon after, it stopped charging. Ive dont nothing to it to make these things happen, its just a horrible product at the most expensive price point.

    Do not buy this garbage stop charging my phone 3 weeks later and it’s not refundable by Best Buy if I could I would rated as 0 stars very disappointed by this product it’s rip off

    I bought two of these. When they heat up from being on the dash, they will not charge. Otherwise, it was a good product.

    Stick great on the dash it wobbles a little bit but that doesn't really bother me much. The iPhone 14 pro max is heavy but once the suction is complete it hold up like a champ. Downside it doesn't really angle that well unless u put the suction at anm angle

    Save your money. The mount is flimsy and doesn’t stick well after 2 weeks. On normal drives on the freeway the mount falls.

    Not Worth It

    Suction and Sticky Pad didnt work. Followed instirctions and still fell off of my dask. Lost $50 on this one. And it left a ring mark on my dashboard.
