    the charger works good but have a problem staying in place in my car had to use glue to add to the product so it would hold in place in my car

    Weak magnet. Very weak. Weak without case or with mag safe case. Design is great but the weak magnet is a deal breaker. Almost nailed it.

      Step 5: Push the locking lever to engage suction then leave it for 3 minutes.

    Stops charging

    Only had it a couple of days and it just randomly stops charging and it doesn't even charge quick enough when it is charging.

      - What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
      - What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?

    Quit charging my phone after two months, magnetic grip is also a bit light , the otter box one is way better

    Best for a small/lightweight phone

    I am giving this a 2 star rating because I had to return this due to the magnet not being powerful enough to hold my phone in place. I have a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 20 and it is to heavy for the magnet. Aside from my issue with the product, the mount/charger was a solid and quality product. It felt durable and sleek. This is maybe better for a smaller phone with a magnetic phone case.

    Poorly made. Did not hold up well. Arm kept slowly sliding down to the base no matter how many times it was adjusted.

      2. Press it firmly onto the dashboard for 1 minute to drain the air and fix it. Let the car mount sit for 24 hours before hanging a phone. The longer it sits, the stickier it is.
      3. There should be no partial bump on the joint surface.

      We'd love to send you a 3M pad, but would you please try attaching the suction cup to the dashboard directly? Because the 3M pad is optional and it's recommended to use only when the dashboard is too rough to stick on closely.

      If possible, please also try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      1. Wipe dust and oil on the dashboard, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
      2. For the removable suction cup, please press the edge of suction cup one circle; For 3M adhesive pad, please press it firmly onto the dashboard for 1 minutes to fix it and let it sit for 24 hours before installing the car mount. The longer it sits, the stickier it is.
      3. There should be no partial bump on the joint surface.

    VERY sticky pad for mounting to the car. Mine is mounted on a vertical surface and has yet to feel anything less than tightly locked on. A smooth, flat plate is also included for semi-permanently creating a mounting spot on less than ideal car surfaces, but I haven’t needed it. The MagSafe itself works beautifully, holding my phone in place, locked in the orientation I set it to. Given how far the mount extends, the phone will lightly jiggle as the car goes over bumps, but I eliminate this entirely by having the phone also pressed against another surface while mounted. Can’t speak as much to charging speed as I largely use this as a hands-free mount and only occasionally plug it in, but it has worked fine the times I have.

    The charging functionality and MagSafe capabilities are excellent. However the adhesive is not, and the entire mount has fallen off while driving when it gets in the high 90-100 degree temperatures. If the mounts adhesive was better it would be 5 stars
