Doesn’t charge much before the battery drains. I’m not sure if it’s a defective product, or just poor design, but I should have returned when I had a chance. Rare Anker L

Poor customer service

I received an email stating that their provider was using poor quality lithium batteries which could over heat and catch my house on fire. Now i'm stuck with a charger that i paid for and have to find an appropriate place to dispose of it. Plus i have to go out of my way to replace it. I feel that they should just ship me a replacement with no effort being spent on my part. They are the ones who sold me a poor quality product. Why am i having to do any work to get it replaced. Anker sent me the email. Now send me a new one that isn't poorly made.

Doesn’t mean expectation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It doesn’t do what is advertised it’s MagSafe so it supposed to show the MagSafe thing on my screen when you charge it it didn’t pop up at all. It just showed that it’s charging and some weird reason It just stopped at 80% and the phone is not hot or anything.
