    I was told by a Best Buy associate how great this charger was. She told me o could get four full charges for my phone from one charge to the portable charger. Unfortunately, I can get only one.

    The box said 46 hours, as I read it now my total charge is 68% and I’ve maybe used it a total of 1& a half hour…. Does not seem to be up to it’s advertised expectations

    This portable charger is too heavy and bulky for carrying around in one's pocket. As such, its use is limited. Otherwise, it seems to work fine.

    It took 3+ hours to charge the product itself and than would only charge my phone for maybe an hour and a half. This product claims that it can “charge most phones over 3 times”, well I have the most recent iPhone model so its battery health is in great condition meaning it charges decently fast but even with my newest iPhone I could maybe get 1 charge out of it at most. So, unless it’s just my product that is faulty, it definitely cannot charge over 3 times. I bought this item a couple days before I left for vacation and just arrived back yesterday, snd apparently now I’m ineligible to even return the item because the window period ended yesterday

    This was an immediate return bought it to use for a trip even use it, but then came home and needed a charge for my electronics and the battery life was horrible.
