I bought this a few months ago. Charged it to 100%. It now reads 100%. It very well made. The only minor negative for was what USB port was for charging. You have read the labels closely.

had it for about 2 months now and it works wonderfully!! took it to Mexico and I was able to fully charge my phone twice! it just takes a while to charge to 100%

This battery bank packs way more than I need but I figured why not have "too much". Easy to use. Plug in with USB-C for fast charge. It does take a bit to charge this, but that's a given since it stores 20,000mAH.

Excelent product. Very robust and resistent. A little bigger and heavier than I expected, but this was previously informed.

This product provides multiple charges, the only con is that it weighs as much as a brick! The thing is heavy. I used it around Disney and Universal for two days charging each night even though the lowest percentage it got down to was like 60%. It was small enough to place in my fanny pack or my letter carrier bag. But again, it’s weighty. Charging capability is great though and you can charge multiple items at once!

Excellent power bank. easy to use. unfortunately it doesn't support pass through charging but it keeps an ipad 9th gen running all day shooting pictures for reports.
