I love this power bank. I've used it for lots of travel and also for when the power went out to charge phones and flash lights.

This is a great product. It holds its charge for a long time. Essential for when you forget to charge your phone. Glad I bought it. It's kind of heavy, but it's good.

Just needed a travel battery for extended trips. Feels like quality and the type c plug in was a must, a little large for what I needed but overall I feel was a good purchase.

So far so good. I like the digital display telling you how much power is left. Took a little a while to fully charge up the power bank, then I realize it's a 20000, not a 10000 like I had before.

I bought this portable charger for my husband since he worked outside driving and when he got home his phone came back almost without battery, it turns out that it has been useful for the whole family. I’ve had this power bank for more than 6 months and it works just like new! My phone has battery issues so I always need to charge on the go, this power bank last for about 3/4 full charge cycles for me!

Took a few hours to charge fully but once it was in use, it kept everything charged for a long time and without using much charge! Went to a 3 hour concert and charged my phone and it only took about 10% of the charge! Amazing!

While sleek and small, when I used it in my tourist-filled vacation this device only gives a half-charge to my iPhone 16 Pro. When I bought it the helpful store associate told me I’d get a full charge. I admit it’s smaller size is a plus, and the MagSafe feature is handy.

Took it back. Does not support fast charging 2.0. I have an Anker 10000 power bank that is 2 years old that works quicker. Took this one back for an Anker power bank that has same capacity but over twice the price just because it charges so much faster.

Used this for a trip and was able to charge my phone multiple times as well as my laptop while out in the field.

Nice sized battery, facilitates quick charging for my phone. I can get roughly 3 to 3.5 charges before I have to charge the battery itself.

Pretty bulky, but very handy. It fast charges pretty well, but the charging time is quite long. One of those things you leave plugged in overnight.
