It seemed to be scratched when I got it, but I didn't want to bother with the hassle of exchanging it. I've used it about twice, and it did the job, though I had to turn it on again a few times / remove the cable and plug it back in because it just randomly stopped charging. It's heavier and takes up more space than I expected, but that's okay as long as it does what it needs to do.

Used it everyday to charge my phone and switch and still had juice left over. Only downside is that it has a little weight to it.
