Rip off

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I purchased this with a gift card that I had I still ended up paying the difference in cash. it worked for maybe 3 months and then it all of sudden died. so I returned it to anker who never gave me issues before but this time they didn't have any batteries to replace it with so they offered me a refund which I thought would be for the price of the battery they ended up sending me $5 that I paid cash and I basically lost out of the gift card I used to buy it. Stay away from their products the new batteries are not last like the old ones.

Fire Hazard

I left it charging in my hotel room while on a business trip. When I picked it up it was almost scalding to the touch. I would say close to catching fire. It didn't take a charge and now will not charge anything. I have had cheap cheap batteries last longer.

Pathetic charging ability

I have had the anker for about 2.5 months and it will only charge my iphone pro max once. This is 20k mAh powebank and it will go from 100% to 25% while charging my phone from 20% to only 70%. Very disappointed in the capacity. My old powerbank was only 10k mAh and would charge my phone multiple times. Definitely would not recommend.

Defective. Don't waste $40

Drained quick after a month

When i first bought it i could change my phone (Samsung S23 Ultra) from 0% to 100% only using 20% from the powerbank. Now it uses 40% from powerbank to charge from 0% to 100%.. It feels like it went from 20k powerbank to a 10k powerbank..
