    This product is good and reliable charges 3X from 20% to 100% i recently purchased for my trip to Disneyland! Great product!

    Overall pretty good but instead of just being able to use usb charging it should incorporate type c for faster charging.

    20,000 mah feels like just that. The surface scraches pretty easily but cable is sturdy and ive had no issues dropping it

    Built in charging cable is unreliable and spotty with connectivity. If you use your own cable it works pretty well but the built in cable is useless.

    Delivered to the wrong address

    The item was marked as delivered but was delivered to the wrong address. My shipping information was correct. It took 4–5 contacts with customer support before the issue was finally resolved. Overall, this was a frustrating experience.
