Also somehow with my IPhone, it would stop charging half way and I have to go into my setting and resume charge. One night I plugged my phone into my Anker and woke up the next morning with 55% charge.

I had to go back to the store to buy a 30W USB-C adapter to plug the power bank in and charge it before it could be used. It took 17 hours to get from the initial 20% to a full 100% charge. During a work meeting where I did not have access to a plug, I used this charger. It only charged my laptop to 56%, and the charger power was drained to 2%. After 4 hours of being plugged in to recharge, it still only has a 5% charge. There has to be a better and more effective product on the market that doesn't weigh 1-1/2 lbs. I sure hope Best Buy takes it back.
