Piece of junk ......$80 paper weight

Not sure if this one was just a defect but it wouldn't charge. I charged it up and it showed it was fully charged, but when I tried charging my phone there was no lighting charge icon indicating it was charging my phone. Left it in for an hour just to confirm and yup, no charge. I returned it and got another one that works...... a different model and brand.

Never held a charge

I've bought this brand so many times but this was a let down.

Not fair

Wouldn't charge, Best Buy refused return

And Best Buy said I could not return ot, even though defective, because I had opened it. Of course, how can one know a product is defective without opening it. I can't recommend the battery or Besy Buy.

Not working after 4 months

Doesn't work and battery dies instantly

I plugged it into my phone and it charged for 45 min before going to completely zero charge on the portable battery. I might have received a defective one, however, I will be returning. Would not recommend this specific portable charger

Did not work correctly

After that I oiled not get it to charge. Also it did not charge my Fitbit watch. It would start and then after a minute stop. Perhaps it is not made to do this.

Great charger

My wife received a 22,000 mAh model as a Christmas gift in 2023. It died suddenly within the warranty period. We still had the original box and serial number and product information but since it was a gift, no receipt. We submitted the information to Anker but Anker REFUSED to stand behind their product. Warning to All, Anker has a good reputation in the market but does not stand behind their merchandise.
