You cannot charge the speaker at the same time you want to use it. 2. The mute button on the speaker doesn’t interact well with Teams or Zoom applications mute controls which ideally should have worked at this price range. 3. My colleagues have started complaining that my voice is not coming through clearly and it’s muffled a bit after starting using it. Not sure if I’ve got a defective piece.

I will recommend this product to anyone who wants to attend meetings hands free and with out any ear plugs .

The problem lies in the zoom/Webex meetings. When I tried to talk, it’s almost as if I wasn’t heard and people will keep talking. Like a delay in priority, and I checked my setting, WiFi, everything was top notch. Also got feedback from people that said there was an undercurrent noise when I spoke and it was a bit distorted. In my line of business can’t have any of the above so returned it and went back to a headset. Concept is great, execution not there yet.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1). Did the PowerConf connect with your device via Bluetooth or USB cable while this issue happens?
2). Could you please test the PowerConf with another device to see if the issue persists?
3). Reset the unit to see if the issue can be fixed: press down the Volume"-" button and the Bluetooth button simultaneously until the square indicator flashes 4time
4). The firmware version of your PowerConf, it can be located on the Soundcore app(can download directly from the AppStore on your phone)

Excellent speaker
