I used the fast charge port and it works great. The second Port is hit and miss. It makes little popping sounds when plugging into it with the USB. I believe there may be a short. I plan on contacting Anker about it.

I decided to buy this to charge it when I’m not near a plug to keep my phone from dying. I used it 2 times while out and about and it did the job. I kept charging it every week to have ready when needed. The next time I went to use it I plug my phone to it and it appears to be charging. Then it stopped. I plugged this up to charge it and the blue charge lights never went past 1 light. I charged it for days!!! I should’ve bought the warranty or went with Mophie. Waste of money!
