Always got a unusual sound when I inserted a USB charging cord. The other was totally fine. So I exchanged another one. The 2nd one had no connection problem, but 1 out of 4 indicator lights was off right after a full charge. So I exchanged the 3rd one. This one had the same as found in the first one I got. I was totally disappointed and got my refund back. I lost my 10% discount as birthday gift from Best Buy. Totally ridiculous and disappointed.

Didn’t Work for My Purpose

I guess it just didn’t have enough output to handle the heavy duty requirement of gaming and FaceTime at the same time. It was fully charged when we started playing so that wasn’t the problem.

I tired to charge it to get it working and It would not charge. I tried to charge it using the cord that came with it and also my I phone cord. E-mailed the company about the problem and was told that the company would send an new one to me. It has been over three weeks and NO New Charger.

Went to return it at Best Buy and was told that I couldn’t return it because I already used the product. I had already thrown out the box. I read reviews of the product after it stopped working; should of done that from the get go. Don’t waste your money on the brand.

Disappointing charging speed

It does before finishing charging and would not charge. I was using the cable it came with and bought a wall plug-in designed for it.

Posted .The PowerCore 20000 MAH charges off of a micro usb, which should be the same thing your Samsung phone charges off of as well. Unless you have new USB-C, in that case you just use the cable that we provide with the PowerCore to charge it up, then use your own cable that came with your device to plug into the Anker PowerCore 20000 MAH.

Posted .Thanks for the feedback! Try a stronger wall charger, as it should only take up to 10 hours to charge fully using a 5v/2.4A charger.
