A decent price for a battery of this capacity and functionality. Quick charge is amazing if your phone supports it. High quality build with a plastic exterior that fooled me into thinking it was metal. Not much else to say other than Anker has a great warranty and return/exchange policy. 18 months on this device. I say go for it.

I love the slim, compact size. I did not like how minimal the instructions were when it came to understanding the charging and recharging.

Great power bank for the money. For the price, I wish a more quality chord was included but it gets the job done. Does get a little hot when charging

I would reccomend this to anyone to wants a protable charger. Had this for a long time and it still works just like new.

It works fine but it's too big and heavy. Im using a different brand now, cheaper, smaller and last longer than this.

Showing my age a little here. Didn’t know portable chargers like this existed until recent hurricane. My daughter had 2 of these and by charging them it kept us in touch with outside world after power was out. As far as the product itself seems very well made. You can’t go wrong with Anker and Best Buy.

I have used this to charge cell phones and digital camera batteries so far. It seems to charge at almost the same speed as a wall charger.

Seems like it will do the job we need it for. Looking forward to being able to charge on the go when not near electrical outlet.

This storage charger is fast and holds a lot of charge. Good for hurricane and emergency use, too heavy to carry for camping.

Charger is great, charged my S9, S7, and iPad Pro all from dead to fully charged before I needed to recharge the power bank. The only downside is the 2nd USB port, it is Power IQ 1.0 not 2.0 which means it's not a "Fast Charge" port. The Power IQ 2.0 will "Fast Charge" devices built for fast charging but Qualcomm certifited devices (i.e Samsung Galaxy Series) will charge fast but will not show on screen as fast charge. If the power bank had Qualcomm 3.0 port and a Power IQ 2.0 port then it would definitely get 5 stars.

Small and powerful. This kept my iPhone and GoPro going during our vacation when out and about. Has two outlets which is a plus.

Anker makes great products and their customer service is bar none! the 20,000mAh makes a HUGE difference when going on long trips. yes it's a "weight" to carry around, but it's 1 and the shape is practical, so it's convenient. I would highly recommend this over any other battery over 6mAh

The charger is a great size to fit in my laptop case without needing to repack every time I take it in an out like the more squat designs.

Anker is the best. I have two of these for long trips. If you are at a Nation Park Hiking or Walking the Mall in Washington, D.C., this is all you need for a family trip while the kids burn up their phones because they are boarded with you adventure.

Absolutely love this!! It took a while to charge fully but oh man does it last a really long time. We were away at a cabin and used it all weekend to charge the speaker and our phones and it was still going strong. We use it all the time and i charged it after 2 weeks just to be safe

Used to recharge my Bose headphones during my 18 hr overseas flight. Fully recharged them and still had charge left on charger

It is a good value for price offered by best buy and the capacity is excellent for charging any smartphones for long time.

Anker makes a great long lasting battery that will charge my phone almost 5 times. I prefer the one with USB power delivery.

Purchased this for a trip to London and it work great. Very efficient and help kept my cell phone and tablet charged at all times.
