I do find that after a while of use that only one of the USB ports it works well. This is after a year or two of where in tear so it could really be from the abuse my children give it

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this charger mainly because it had 2 usb connections and higher mAh. i wanted to be able to charge 2 iphones at the same time “quickly”. but, it turned out to be a lemon because the power button kept shutting off. in the few times that it did stay on, it would shut off when the usb was plugged in and it wouldnt turn back on. anker has received high reviews on some of their products, thats why i think i just got the lemon of the batch. ended up returning it since it was defective.

Posted .We apologize that you had this experience. The light on the powerbank itself does not need to be on for it to be charging your devices. Check your device to make sure that it shows that it is indeed charging.

The Dot solves the problem. The only problem is that it takes so long to fully charge. That is probably due to the fact that it stores so much power and is only charged via a USB 2.0 connection
