Product worked welll . Did what it said ..longer life battery

Charges slowly. Needs to be a faster charger for my needs.

Worked great for a couple of months, but after a year it stopped working. It turns on but it doesn't want to charge. I tried everything. Different charging cables, phones, nothing works. Would not recommend. Also, a little heavy compared to other ones.

bit more little longer battery charger is too slow.

I thought the cable was included in the box when i open it

Ronald Page, geek squad consultant, was extremely helpful and patient with assisting me with salvaging pictures from my old tablet. He also was knowledgeable in explaining the plus of a powercore III charger. Will be my lookup guy next time in.

I'm sure it's a good product but unfortunately the one that I bought had issues from the beginning. The USB-C port doesn't charge for me. Makes it very inconvenient because I primarily use the USB-C Lightning cable for my iphone.

this battery charger works great. i used it while flying since the plane had no usb plugs. it kept my phone charged so i could enjoy 2 movies during the flight. i bought two and it was the best purchase i have made.

This portable power charger was purchased for future travel but we did test it out and it works great! Before purchasing I did a lot of research and this was my choice for performance reliability and quality.

I have used this one time. Phone way down, it took several hours to fully charge. Good product for use on golf course since the fully charged phone does not last for 18 holes. I bought to use with golf gps unit. Charger keeps me online for the last couple golf holes,

My new Anker portable battery charger is a great charger. It’s about the size of a phone and very easy to use. Gives me peace of mind that I can recharge my phone at any time while I’m on the road or if the power goes out as it did just a few days ago. Chargers multiple items that the same time and works quickly. I was also able to use it while camping. Definitely worth the money for piece of mind and having a fully charged phone to continue taking photos while away from home. Looking forward to purchasing a second one this week.

Great for powering up my cell phone udirng our Universal and Disney trip. The charging cord kept falling out of my Galaxy so I had to use the Samsung charging cord. However, I think my phone port is the issue. A little big but wasn't too much of an issue.

This is a basic battery pack to charge devices, nothing fancy, but you don't need fancy. There are 2 USB A ports, and one USB C IN port. I wish the usb C port would charge devices, but it does not. You can plug in 2 devices, and it charges them quickly. I was able to charge my phone 3 times from the battery pack before it lost juice, so PLENTY of power available, and it is very lightweight and portable. It has one button, on/off and has built in indicator lights to show state of charge of the battery pack. Overall, I like this battery. Its small, easy to carry and lightweight. It feels like another phone to carry around, so not bad at all. I do wish that it would provide wireless charging, as that would be nice to just lay a phone on top of it, rather than plug it in. That, combined with not being able to charge using the USB C port, drops it one star. Otherwise, great product.

This charger is good to have as a back when my cell battery is low. I am hoping it will continue to work well, as my last anker charger is charged, but will not charge my phone or laptop anymore :/

The battery basically does exactly what youd expect. Only complaint is the pricing -- these have come down in general over the last three years, but you sure wouldn't have known it from the price.

Worked great when I unwrapped it, but I gave it away in the parking lot because it didn’t have the USB-C output that I was after (my fault for not looking at the package!)

i recently bought the anker powercore 3 charger for my daughter. very happy with this item, quick, convenient charger. i recommended it.

Purchased this to have a spare in my laptop bag. Works as intended. No issues. Takes a long time to charge the battery (>7hrs), so best to do it overnight.
