Please let us know the following:
      - The model of phone you are trying to charge.
      - What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
      - What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
      - What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
      - What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
      - Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger

The PowerCore III is definitely the accessory you want to have on you, if you, like me are on the go the majority of your day. Sure, most of the time we aren't far from a PC, or a car where charging can be facilitated. But just this past week, I was glad I had the PowerCoreIII on me - as I was "stranded". That brings us to the footprint. At just half a LB, and just a little thicker than my S21+, this thing can go anywhere with you. It is pocket friendly. When not in your pocket, I would suggest keeping it in the included carrying bag (super cool). Upon arrival, the PCIII must have had some charge to the battery, as it took half the time to fully charge than what is advertised. So that was definitely a good thing. During my time "stranded", the PCIII charged my S21+ completely to 100% from 10-15%, and still had enough juice to keep me at 100% for roughly 6 hours of moderate use. A few things, which may be seen as nit-picky. But it is what it is. I got excited by the usb-c port. But that is only for charging the battery itself/input, and not the other way around. And the only other negative (or criticism, really) - there is no texture at all to hold on to. So again use the included carrying bag! What I do really like is the easy to see/understand charging lights to let you know how much "juice" is left. In addition, everything I needed was included. This, again, saved my butt. It is a quarter the size of the chargers I was used to almost a decade ago (oh, hush!). And it does everything it says it does. Couldn't ask for more. A best buy!

    Bargain Charger

The Anker Power Core III is a basic portable charger. It has two USB charge port connections which enables you to charge two devices simultaneously. I have had it plugged in for hours trying to charge the unit and it seems to take forever to fully charge the device. It finally achieved a full charge when plugged in just over 6 hours. I have both IPhone 12 and 13 Pro models. When the Anker device was fully charged (100%), I tried charging and topping off my IPhone 13. My phone was at a 40% percent charge and after 15 minutes of being connected to the Anker charger, the charging percentage had risen only 2 percent. The manufacturer claims fast charging, but I found that not to be true. My overall charging experience in differing scenarios was "not" fast. If I compare charging rate of my IPhone to a 20-watt charger, this product was pretty slow. A few thoughts and words on the supplied user manual. One word encapsulates it "substandard". It does not recommend what wattage charger you should use or shouldn't use. It doesn't say how long it takes to fully charge the Anker Power Core, and it has no troubleshooting information. I have used three different chargers with this product and all but one of them became pretty warm to the touch. The Anker product itself does stay cool to the touch during the process. Blinking light on the product indicates charging, but it also indicates trickle charge. I'm wondering how a consumer can distinguish between the two functions? Furthermore, I asked my wife if she know what a trickle charge was. Not surprising but she said "I have no idea"! The manual should in my opinion be more comprehensive. I was also unable to find any downloadable manual on the web. Troublesome was the fact that after the unit was fully charged and left overnight, the unit did not retain a full charge. If I re-plugged the unit into a charger in the morning, it immediately went into a charge mode. I really didn't expect that the Anker Power Core to have lost any charge, but it did. It took around 10 - 12 additional minutes for fully charge the unit. This product is not on my recommended list. My experience with the Anker Power Core was not stellar. Charging of both my IPhones was rather slow as compared to other chargers that I have used in the past.

    Battery Banks for everything

Battery banks for what they are have become a blessing and a curse. Gone are the days of removable batteries. Portable batteries are the new way. I have multiple Anker battery banks from larger capacity 26Kmah that can supply to my laptop down to small 3000mah capacities for small light carrying single charge. These midrange 10Kmah batteries are great to throw in my bag for power anywhere I go, eliminating the need for me to tether to a wall. Over the last year we were hit with a few power outages. Having multiple power banks allowed us to keep our phones charged up without having to resort to starting the car to get a charge. I was even able to lend a few banks out to my elderly neighbors to keep their phones charged just in case (they all have Anker power banks of their own now). Power always available is the blessing. The curse is these banks need to be charged (which can take time) and they are an extra thing lying around with wires and weight. The Powercore III comes with the battery itself, a USB A to USB C charging cable and a mesh carrying bag (which I use to stow the cable when not in use). I use a Galaxy which uses their own Fast Charging power delivery. Using this battery bank, it does not “Fast Charge” but it will provide power when needed. Most of the time I go out with my family I will also have in my carry bag and primarily use it to charge my kid’s tablet and a 4G mobile hotspot. Having 2 USB ports I can have both of them charging while in my bag and have plenty of power to last us through the day. I don’t allow my child to use the tablet all day, but when it is needed I can be sure both devices have enough juice and ready to go. The battery itself is slim and doesn’t add too much weight to my carry load. Charging the battery takes a good while, but I usually plug it in when I get home and leave it overnight and it is always ready to go. As with all my other Anker devices it is reliable and just works. This is not my first Anker device and definitely far from my last.

    Great portable charger!

The Anker PowerCore III 10K mAh Portable Battery Charger is a great charger. One feature that this charger has is Trickle-Charge Mode, which can be turned on by pressing the button twice. This can be used for charging devices at a slower rate, such as headphones or earbuds. There is a USB-C port, but only used for charging the battery itself. I do like that it is thinner and lighter than my previous charger, but I miss the numeric LCD battery level remaining display as this only has a 4 light display (25% each). Overall, it is about the size of a standard smartphone, and quite a bit smaller than my V60. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging the battery or devices with USB-C, as well as a nice little semi-cushioned mesh bag for storage. Compared to the 10KmAh charger that it is replacing, it does charge a bit faster (2.4A vs 2.1A), but it still doesn't register as "Fast Charging" on any of our devices I tried charging with it (LG V60, Samsung S20 or Samsung Tab S5e). For charging my V60 (with a 5000 mHa battery), from 10%, it would take 2.5 hrs. to charge to full, vs. 1.5 hrs. for a plug-in Fast Charger, which still is not too bad. It has 2 USB-A outputs to allow chargin more than one device at a time, but I don't think it is the full 2.4A for each when both are connected, so it doesn't charge as fast. When looking for a portable battery charger with decent capacity, definitely take a look at this one!

The Anker Power Core III is a good portable power pack battery for emergency use for on the go or needing a quick charge at work which has been very useful for me. Once fully charged it is ready to go to work on phones and tablets. The Anker power battery has trickle-charge mode for your earphones by pressing twice and once to exit using button on device that also gives you gives the battery level in trickle-charging mode so you know when to recharge. I connected my Smartphone at 50 percent to charge and the time showed 1 hour until fully charged. The Anker power bank will display charge time on Smartphone screen up until it is 100 percent charged. The Anker Power Pack Battery does what it is designed to do in getting your device charged in limited time.

This is a solid charger, with a cool aesthetic and 2 USB-A outputs. It charges via USB C, which is a great feature (a lot still charge via the tired micro USB port), but I do with the USB C port could also be used to charge other devices. The other feature this is missing that I wish it had is the ability to charge devices wirelessly; many other offerings are including this, but it's not entirely surprising given the price point. Overall, it's a solid offering that's low profile and will give your devices a nice battery boost.
