My daughter is always on her phone so she pops it in the side pocket of her back pack and she's good to go. I always have mine with me just in case too. It holds the charge for a long time, so if the power goes out, you're good to go.

It works great and is relatively light weight. On the down side, the box says it was supposed to come with a travel pouch but that was NOT included. Having a cover for travel might be useful as added protection against the contacts inadvertently touching something to cause a short circuit.

I bought one for myself a couple of years ago, and I purchased this one for my husband. We walk/hike a lot, and sometimes run out of charge. I bought the charger in a store, not online. Batteries are dense/heavy. I held other chargers, which might have provided more charge, but they seemed too heavy. I carry a lot stuff when I walk/hike; I did not want an extremely heavy charger.
