The price tag was a little high for the device but in the end get what you pay for. Its a high quality product and durable as heck.

This charger is strong enough to charge not just a phone but also my Switch. I keep it in my to-go case. Depending on how low my Switch battery is I can get a couple of charges out of it until it needs to recharge. It does take several hours to recharge but well worth it to me.

This was a great buy. Very easy to store away during flights and travel same size as my IPhone and can be stored in a backpack or back pocket

Based on customer service alone at this particular location, 10 stars. I haven't even tried this version of Anker, though I've had another one and swear by it. This location specifically is solicitious of it's customers, cares if you're on crutches or need a little extra help, and they offer it with grace and dignity. This location, though a little farther from my home than 2 other stores (both of which I've gone to), has my specific loyalty and business for all things electronic. Full stop.
