Charger Works

I was going to return it because every time I connected my phone to it it would drain my battery all the way down. You see blue lights but it is not ready until you see a green light along with the blue lights. Once I read the instructions and figured that out it worked. I guess it's going to be ok. I gave it four stars because I don't know why it should drain my battery because I didn't click the on button.
