The instructions are tiny and confusing. And, it didn't come with a pouch as shown in some of the other users' pictures (I asked Anker, and apparently this unit is no longer bundled with a pouch).

It's build quality feels solid and its low profile makes it easy to slide into thin compartments. My only two complaints would be that it is still a little too large to fit comfortably into most people's pockets and that the ports do not have any silicone or rubber dust covers like some other devices in this price category have.
