hard to figure out at first, directions are not specific or intuitive. once figured out, it works fine. Takes a long time to recharge back up, though. all my other chargers could recharge in less than 30 minutes. This one can take a couple of hours if connected to a laptop or 8-10 hrs if connected to a wall plug.

Nice design and plenty of power to charge multiple phones.

I haven't used this charger that much, but i am liking it. I do think it takes a long time to get charged up if you drain the battery but thats not an issue for me. just remember to charge it up before those big trips.

Great charging capacity! I can charge both of my phones simultaneously. I can even charge my Microsoft surface pro 7 completely with this.

I got more than I paid for. This simple device works as stated. Be careful to new users that it has the amount and type of connectors you need.

To be 100% honest probably one of the best portable charges I own. I've had it for about 6 months now. no issues works like a dream

It isn’t a bad battery by any means. I have another I’ve had for years that’s 26K. This is 20k and you can tell the difference in regards to the amount of charges you get out of it. Still a good battery. Slim and lightweight is nice also.

Came very quickly. So far what little I have had a chance to use it I am very satisfied with it. It will come in handy with all of my travel for work. It is a pain trying to find a place in the airport to charge my electronics.

This battery pack is awesome for emergency's, its very well made and easy to use .

Purchased a no-name brand from the big cloud box store and it died within a month of purchase. I should have stayed with Anker, as many of my friends/co-workers use their devices. I was pleasantly surprised by the value of this device.
