Works great. I needed it as I flew southwest and they do not have usb chargers on their planes. This charger worked out perfectly.

Been looking for something reliable and this is it. It’s perfect, I bring it with me everywhere.

Love this product: it’s kind of big, however it holds so much charging power I went a week worth of travel and all I needed was this.

Works great. Plan to use it in the airport and maybe on the plane on a long overseas flight to power a mini-cooler for my medication that requires refrigeration.

This is a very awesome power pack. I took this on my trip to Cancun and it came in handy when I needed it and didn’t leave me hanging.

So far so good. Used it to run my camp string lights on a recent trip. Worked fine in temps of mid 30s at night.

It does not support fast charging, as my Note 20 ultra charges from 0 to 100 within 2:18 minutes, generally if you want to look for an elegant design. This will benefit you

Harger is great, but it takes forever to recharge the battery pack, and one of the usb ports stopped chargingwithin the first week. I was out of town so there was nothing i could do

A year in and she still works as I just bought 'er. Sweet power charge feature too if you double press the circular button.

I lost a prior version of an external battery. I bought this as a replacement. It performs as advertised. I had a mess of Rewards Points so the cost was very reasonable.

This is my first portable battery. The "User Manual" was a tiny brochure, with just a few lines of instruction. At first, I did not understand what to do. I figured out that I had to use my phone's electrical cord to charge this battery charger. I contacted Anker (manufacturer) for more detailed information, and they offered nothing more than the tiny "User Manual" that I already had. I finally figured out how to charge the battery (overnight) and then charge my phone. The level of the battery's charge is indicated by tiny blue flashing lights. You might miss seeing them!

This powerbank is very resistant even in high temperatures.

Works great a bit bulky but it works for what I need.
