It will not charge my laptop via a USB-C connector. As well, it will not reliably even reach a full charge (sometimes it will and sometimes it will not) or maintain a charge beyond a two to three days (again sometimes it will and sometimes it will not). It is three weeks since purchase so Best Buy will not return or replace it. If this worked as advertised (reliably charged and held charge, worked for laptop as well as phone) it is a nice size and capacity product. That has not been my experience.
