Travel Pouch not included
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Both the product description on the website and the product box state that there is a travel pouch included. However, there is not a travel pouch included. Need to properly represent the product being sold.

Not what I expected
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointing. It has less power than my other Anker Power Bank and doesn’t charge very well. I thought I was upgrading and I downgraded instead.

Stopped charging
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it worked it worked well for about 4 months, with 3 charges for my phone on the battery. But it stopped working and just a month outside the return window, which is unacceptable for a 50 dollar power bank. Very disappointing as I feel like anker products used to be better quality.

Seems like endless power
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was happy with my current Anker portable charger, but it didn't charge too fast and we could get a charge for 2 phones, and possibly have some left over. That worked, but I just always felt that it could be better. This Anker - PowerCore III 20K mAh fixes everything that I had issue with on the older power bank. It's the USB-C port that does it. Not only can you charge up the bank faster with it, but I can use the extra USB-C Apple cord that I have. I have a iPhone 13 Pro and the battery last very long. But without the faster charging, it can take a while. I plugged it in using the USB-C Apple cord and in 30 minutes it was at 50% and in an hour, it was at 80%. My old portable would have charged about half as fast. I later tried my Apple watch on it, and it charged about as quickly as it would being plugged in the wall. It has a trickle charge feature by tapping the indicator button twice that slows the charge for things like watches and earbuds that don't need the higher charging rates. This was after fully charging the power bank. It still had 4 blue lights, indicating that the charger has more than 75% capacity left. After another charge of the phone and then it sitting for a few days, it still shows 4 blue lights. One thing to note that should not come as a shock, it took over 8 hours to charge up the charger itself. It's 20k mAh, so you shouldn't be surprised. But if you're unfamiliar with batteries, that high of a capacity will take a long time. Just be prepared when traveling to charge it overnight if you deplete it. Based on my usage, I could have charged my phone 4-6 more times. Definitely worth the money and performs great. Highly recommended.

Heavier than expected
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The packaging describes the Anker PowerCore III 20K charger as “ultra-light” and “fits neatly in palm or pocket”. I would disagree. It weighs more than 12 ounces which is 3 times heavier than my phone. It’s all battery so the weight makes sense, but it’s too heavy to hold for very long or to carry in my purse or pocket. It has 2 USB-A output ports and 1 USB-C dual function input/output port. The USB-C port is used to charge the Anker battery, and once charging is completed, the USB-C port can be used to charge a phone or other device. I only have two devices - one that uses the USB-A port and one that uses the USB-C port - but it appears that 3 devices could be charged simultaneously. It comes with a carrying bag and an 18 month warranty. It has a trickle charger setting for devices with low power draw, like earbuds and smart watches. To activate trickle charging, the power button is pressed twice or held in for 2 seconds. A green LED light indicates trickle-charge. The Anker PowerCore III battery is said to charge in 4.5 hours when using a USB-C power delivery wall charger. Using the included USB-A to C cable and a standard wall charger, it took 9 hours to charge. That’s less than the manufacturer’s estimate of 10+ hours. There are 4 LED lights on the battery to indicate charge level. When 4 blue LED lights show when the power button is pushed, the Anker is fully charged. As it's used, the number of blue lights decrease from 4 to 1 (25% charged), making it easy to tell when it's time for a recharge. After a full charge, I let the charger sit for 4 days to see if the charge level would drop when on, but not being used. It still had 4 LED lights on day 4. I have an iPhone that I use to take a lot of pictures of items for sale. Taking and sending pictures takes a toll on the battery. With heavy usage, I have to charge it a couple of times a day. I tried using the iPhone with its charging cable attached to the Anker battery. The phone battery life dropped quickly (as usual) but as soon as I stopped taking and sending pictures, the battery went from 75% to 100% charged in about 30 minutes. It seemed to charge faster than with the wall charger. The package indicates a potential for 92+ hours of charging. As of today, I’ve used the Anker PowerCore III to charge my phones 10 times (13 hours maximum) and I have 2 LED lights remaining on the charger, indicating that 50% of the charging capacity remains. Based on that, the 92+ hours estimate may be a little optimistic. But I have no complaints. I normally would be doing most of the home phone charging using a wall charger, and only use the Anker charger when traveling. At this rate I won’t have to charge the Anker PowerCore III more than once a month and I can put it on the charger at night and have it charged up in the morning.
