Lol I/k, I didn’t expect much. Got these for a trip earlier in the year and one was great, the other didn’t work from the get-go. So carried a janky battery across France hoping it didn’t explode. Can’t recommend.

Disappointing charger

Disappointing when you really need your device to charge and you can’t get the charger to charge.

Long lasting, high capacity

It had started to diminish in capacity, which is normal, so I’ll be replacing it with this updated version. It has a USB Type C Power Delivery port and 2 USB Type A ports. This is a major update as my older one was Micro USB-C. There is a slight texture on the top and a single button. Press is once to see capacity status, and double press to turn on trickle mode - slower charging that can help condition batteries. Overall, it feels like a premium device, isn’t that heavy, looks nice, and has a large capacity. I was able to trickle charge an M1 MacBook Air over night, then charge a Pixel 6 fully. The power bank still had almost half capacity remaining. This would make it perfect for traveling and being able to charge a couple of devices multiple times. It isn’t tiny, but for such a large capacity the size is small. There is a nice padded and ventilated carrying case, and it comes with a short USB Type C to Type A cable.

Disappointed again from best buy

I was disappointed in how long the battery lasted and the capacity of the battery. Overall, I would say this is not worth the money as it did overheating expand the battery. I did have to throw it away, so do not buy it. I would rate this one and a half stars

Lights never show full charge

Slow charging...either defective or just garbage

I swap to another powerbank and speed charging resumes.

Won't charge completely

It only charged to 40%. I tried resetting and using different power chargers. Since it didn't work, I just left it at home & tried to return it to Best Buy after I returned. They wouldn't take it back because I missed the 15-day window. Now I have a broken battery that was never used.
