We picked up the 20k version hoping it would be enough juice to handle a wide range of devices. Worked great for phones, iPhone 13 through USB C charged fairly quickly but I was a bit surprised that the PowerCore was down to 50% after a few hours of charging 1 or 2 phones in the car. Recharged overnight as I needed it for the main issue which is MacBook Pro 16". Initially plugged it in via USB C and it wouldn't charge at all. I turned off wifi, bluetooth, safari, mail, almost all apps and cranked the brightness way down. It only seemed to charge the laptop when it was shutdown. Going from 13% to 43% in a few hours. I was then able to work (again in low power mode, no internet, etc) and the battery stalled at 43% no gain but no loss. About a bit less than 2 hours of use and the PowerCore was down to 25%. I expected a lot more from a 20k charging unit. Not enough power for a Laptop. Not even close to the advertised amount of charge it would hold - in half a day it ran down to 50% on 2 phones, another half day down to 25% on the laptop. Had high hopes for this as it seemed a great solution for long road trips, etc. but now just seems another device that needs full recharge before every use.

It worked great until it had suffered a drop, the result of which had made it unable to charge, both in-take charge and charge my phone. I was thoroughly disappointed to find out that these powerbanks are not as durable as they may seem. What a shame.

I can charge the powerbank, but I cannot charge any phone on it. I've tried OEM cables, and 3rd party cables. I can't get the device to enter "trickle" mode either. I tap the button and the lights come on and then they go away. I'm not sure if I bought a faulty device. I don't have my receipt anymore. Feels like a big waste of time and money for this to flop right out of the box.
