This is an excellent all-around battery pack and does what it says with ease. My only complaints (which are small) are 1, the LEDs aren't able to be seen off-axis (only from above). 2, the top of the case material although high-quality is a little more slippery than I'd like. I wish they would have opted for the more rugged, rubberized materials used on the rest of the case. If they added a better LED readout and changed the top to the rubberized material, I'd give it 6 stars.

You send out an email to their support, they let you try some basic troubleshooting, if you did and still didn't fix the issue then they replace it free of charge even the shipping.

It was much better than I’d expected. It’s perhaps a bit slow to fully charge itself (and who cares if you plug it in before you go to bed?) but the amount of power it delivers for that wait is astounding.
